Frequently Asked Questions
Yes you can. Please take a look at the different houses and the dates available on the calendar links associated with each house and we would be happy to set up your reservation for you.
If we currently have a rental property would you want to manage it for us?
We would love the opportunity to discuss your current rental property and see if it is a good fit for both of us to have Sparks Properties manage your rental.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is normally 4pm and check-out is normally 11am. If an early check-in or let check-out is required, that is something we can make happen as long as no other guests are checking in or out the same day.
Can we bring dogs to your rental properties?
We would prefer pets to not stay at our vacation rentals. We are open to discuss the option if absolutely necessary.
Do we need to bring our own shampoo, towels, or bed sheets?
All of our properties are already stocked for our guests. There will be toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and towels in all of the bathrooms. Paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, pots, pans, utensils, Keurig, knives, plates, and bowls in all the kitchens. All beds already have sheets, comforters, and pillows.
Do you require payment up front?
Yes, we would be happy to help you find a rental property and teach you how to manage your own house and use AIRBNB and VRBO.
Can we smoke at your properties?
No, smoking is not allowed in any of our properties. If you want to walk out to the street to smoke that is fine, we just do not want the smoke smell for future guests that do not smoke.
Do you have smart tv's?
Yes, each of our houses is equipped with new Smart TVs that you will be able to log into all your different streaming services.
Are you going to be adding new properties?

If we are looking to buy a rental property, is that something you can help us with?
Yes, our goal is to continue to add more properties each year to choose from for our guests.
Yes, we do require payment once you have reserved the house and we have blocked off those dates on
the calendar since we can no longer market the days you have reserved.
