About Us

Sparks Properties is truly a family business. The Sparks Family has always had a love for Real Estate starting with our first Real Estate purchase back in 2001. Michele was the first to jump into Real Estate and received her Real Estate license back in 2003. Our first Vacation Rental Property was purchased in Big Bear in 2013 with friends as part business and part vacation home.  It wasn’t until Covid that we started buying our own Vacation Rentals and starting our own Vacation Rental business. Dakota, 10 at the time, playing on Realtor.com was the one that found our current Lake House in 2021. Our family is constantly looking for new houses, going to Open Houses and continue to get texts from Dakota and Logan with links of houses to check out.  Dan also received his Real Estate license in 2023 to help friends and family with Real Estate purchases along with continuing to add to our Vacation Rental portfolio. We also successfully remodeled and flipped our first house as a family in 2023. All 3 kids want to eventually get their Real Estate licenses and join the family business. Kaleb, our 18 year old, wants to buy his first property in college next year, and is also the one who built this website! The Sparks are very excited for our future in Real Estate as a family!
